Our Main Features
INVENTORY MODULE
These modules takes care of the whole process chain of stock control and movement, from inventory item setting and pricing, raising LPO, purchases, transfers to different outlets, disposals to cater for breakages and expiries, Production when goods are produced internally or converted from one form to another, Stock adjustments to take care of thefts and other unknown discrepancies, sales (POS). These modules are designed to mimic the traditional way of business operation thus making even a novice user to easily and quickly learn how to operate Quicksell system. The modules are designed with different options that makes Quicksell system adopt to your way of business operation unlike most other similar systems which force the user to adjust their way of doing business to meet system design.
CHARTS OF ACCOUTS (RECEIVABLES)
Account receivables basically refers to your customers. With Quicksell, it becomes very easy to manage and control your customers’ accounts with very high precisions. Generating a customer statement, reducing customer balances and other customer related functions becomes a button click away.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLES
Whenever you acknowledge goods receipt, quicksell automatically transfers the total delivered value to accounts payables giving you options to make payment immediately or wait for a future date as the case may be.
BANKING CASH TRANSFERS
These are part of the module which help in tracing cash flow. Whenever you want to move cash from one account to another, Quicksell has functions to record that and generate slips and other reports. This guarantees traceability of cash flow.
EXPENSES AND OTHER PETTY CASH
This is a module for recording other non-stock related expenditures. Expenses like electricity bills, transport, wages etc. can be recorded here and generate payment vouchers which can be printed and signed by the recipient.
Users Management Modules
Each quicksell user access quicksell using their own credentials. Depending on their roles in the organization, access rights are defined and assigned to different roles. In addition, Quicksell provides audit trails for every transaction that takes place thus making accountability and performance appraisal through the system possible.
Quicksell provides three different login modes.
- User name and password. Using this mode each user has a secret password which he uses to access quicksell.
- Biometric Fingerprint. Using this option, a biometric finger print reader is connected to the computer. By scanning their finger prints, users are authenticated to use Quicksell.
- Smartcard. Using this option, users are given special smartcard bearing their credentials. By swiping the card, a user is authenticated to use the system.
System Architecture
Quicksell is a two tier application comprising of a Microsoft SQL Server database engine and endpoint client interface application. Current database that we install is Microsoft SQL Server 2019 R2, express Edition.
For online access portal, we introduce a third tier, which links the client to database application.
